FAQ

Questions families often ask.

Clear, warm answers about assessments, therapy, and how we can support you.

A neuropsychological assessment is a detailed evaluation of how the brain processes information. It looks at memory, attention, language, problem-solving, learning, and executive functioning. We use standardised tools and clinical observation to understand cognitive strengths and challenges, then provide clear recommendations for home, school, and any follow-up support.
A psychoeducational assessment explores how a child or adolescent learns. It measures academic skills, intellectual abilities, attention, memory, and processing speed. This helps us identify learning difficulties such as dyslexia or dyscalculia, understand giftedness, and create practical strategies that schools can use to support the student.
Consider an ADHD assessment if your child often struggles to sustain attention, follows instructions inconsistently, is easily distracted, forgets daily tasks, fidgets excessively, acts impulsively, or has difficulty sitting still. These behaviours should be noticeable in more than one setting — such as home and school — and affect learning, friendships, or daily routines.
Our Autism assessments are comprehensive and respectful. They typically include a detailed developmental interview with parents, structured observation of the child, standardised questionnaires, and collaboration with teachers when appropriate. We follow evidence-based guidelines to understand social communication, play, behaviour, and sensory needs, and we explain the results with warmth and clarity.
Children can begin therapy at different ages depending on their needs. We commonly work with children from around 3 years old, using play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches. Early support can make a meaningful difference, so we encourage families to reach out whenever they have concerns.
The length of therapy depends on the individual and the goals. Some families benefit from a short, focused programme of 8 to 12 sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We review progress regularly and adjust the plan together so it always feels purposeful.
Yes, parents are often an important part of the therapeutic process — especially for younger children. Depending on the age and goals, sessions may include the child alone, parent-child sessions, or parent guidance meetings. We always explain our approach and involve you in a way that supports your family.
Yes, we offer online consultations for assessment reviews, initial consultations, therapy planning, and follow-up support. Online sessions are conducted through a secure platform and are a convenient option for families who prefer to connect from home.
Yes, online therapy is available for many of our services, including individual therapy for adults and teens, parent guidance, and some counselling sessions. We ensure the same confidentiality, professionalism, and clinical quality as in-person visits.
Absolutely. We provide individual therapy for adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. Our clinicians tailor each approach to your circumstances and goals.
Yes, we offer couple counselling to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, manage life transitions, and deepen connection. Sessions provide a neutral, supportive space where both voices are heard.
Yes, family therapy is an important part of our work. We help families improve communication, manage conflict, support a child with additional needs, and strengthen relationships so everyone feels understood and connected.
Our assessment reports are prepared to professional standards and are widely accepted by schools, universities, and other institutions. They include clear findings, diagnoses where appropriate, and practical recommendations. We are happy to discuss how to share the report with your child's school.
You can book an appointment by filling out the form on this page, calling us directly, or sending a message via WhatsApp or email. Our team will respond promptly to arrange a convenient time for your initial consultation.
Your first consultation is a relaxed, confidential conversation. We listen to your concerns, gather relevant background information, discuss any previous assessments, and outline possible next steps. There is no pressure — only a clear, supportive plan tailored to your needs.
Yes, confidentiality is central to our practice. Everything discussed in sessions is kept private within the limits of professional ethics and legal requirements. We explain our confidentiality policy clearly at the start of care.
We provide services in English and Arabic. Our team includes clinicians who are comfortable working across both languages, and we aim to match you with a professional who suits your family's language and cultural preferences.
Yes, we welcome international clients and families living outside Saudi Arabia. Online consultations and therapy sessions make it possible to access our services from anywhere in the world, with the same standards of care and confidentiality.
